Pro Temp Air Conditioning & Heating Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Weslaco, Texas. As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in homes and businesses throughout Weslaco and the surrounding areas. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique requirements. Whether installing a new HVAC system or servicing an existing one, you will be the face of our business, representing our company and our values with professionalism and care.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Understanding of HVAC installation and repair techniques.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Communicate with clients to understand their HVAC needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Explain technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and trends.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
