Guest Services Specialist

Are you a people-person with a flair for creating memorable customer experiences? Aspen Falls is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to be the welcoming face of our chiropractic practice. As our Guest Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients and play a crucial role in maintaining our warm, inviting, and professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic, assisting them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage scheduling and appointment reminders for our diverse patient base.
• Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with kindness and efficiency.
• Support our team of healthcare professionals by managing administrative tasks.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold our high standards for customer service.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, including scheduling and office management tools.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is an asset, but not required. We value the unique paths each team member takes to join us.
