HVAC Installer

Location: Traverse City, Michigan

Team Bob's Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Traverse City, Michigan. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:

- Installing HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
- Ensuring that systems are installed properly and are in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions
- Conducting regular maintenance and inspections on systems
- Performing system upgrades and replacements
- Communicating effectively with customers about their HVAC systems

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
