Job Description: HVAC Installer
Hellens Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team in Harbeson, Delaware. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems, ensuring customers’ satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service.
At Hellens Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch quality service to our residential and commercial customers for over 41 years in the Charlotte area. Our expertise is delivering a comfortable and healthy indoor environment no matter the weather outside.
As an HVAC Installer, we need you to have experience and knowledge of HVAC products, tools, and operating procedures. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical, piping, and mechanical systems, be able to communicate effectively with customers, and have excellent attention to detail.
In this role, you will be:
- Installing HVAC systems, including but not limited to air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and thermostats.
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing excellent customer service by educating and communicating with customers about their HVAC systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including materials and labor.
- Keeping up to date with changing technology and regulations in the HVAC industry to ensure we are providing the best possible service to customers.
