Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential homes. You will work closely with our customers to ensure that their heating and cooling units are functioning properly, providing expert advice and service to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Install new heating and cooling units
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on HVAC systems
- Document all service and repair work performed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC service
- EPA certification
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations
