Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing supervisor
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
