Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $900 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 7 months
Heritage House of Shelbyville, located in Shelbyville, IN, is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to fulfill our weekday night shift nursing position. Our facility offers a warm and close-knit atmosphere for residents. We are dedicated to enhancing the colors of life in all our day-to-day procedures, treating our residents like family.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work the night shift schedule from 6pm-6am or 10pm-6am, Monday through Friday
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and government regulators
- Collaborate effectively with other employees at all levels
- Demonstrate a customer service orientation and work well under pressure
- Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with high quality and productivity
- Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making independent decisions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and active RN or LPN Nurse License in Good Standing
- Current/active CPR certification
- Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative and making independent decisions
- Must meet all local health regulations, pass post-offer drug test and post-employment physical exam
- Must pass criminal background investigation and reference inquiry
- Must be capable of performing the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
