Position: RN/LPN

At Lutheran Life Villages, we are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an RN/LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to our residents. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans and ensure the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor resident health conditions and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care and progress.
- Foster a supportive and nurturing environment for residents and their families.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
