As the HVAC Installer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the installation of HVAC systems per the company's standards and the clients' satisfaction within the Denton Texas area. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to the company and industry standards.
- Testing systems for proper functioning and performance.
- Ensuring that the installations are up to code and company standards.
- Providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
- Ensuring the use of appropriate equipment, tools, and materials for each job.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience in HVAC installation, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the following qualifications are required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Certification.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC Installation.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- An ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A valid driver's license.
