Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $800 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months
Pruitthealth - Lanier is currently seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Cumming/Lanier. As a member of our healthcare facility, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans
- Help patients with therapeutic exercises and activities
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
- Document patient progress and changes in treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Valid certification as a COTA
- Current state license or eligible for state reciprocity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
