Position: Paid Nurse Aide Training

Maple Glen Center is currently seeking individuals who are passionate about healthcare and interested in becoming Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs). We are offering a paid training program for individuals who are new to the field and eager to start a rewarding career in healthcare. This program will provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed as a CNA.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Ensure residents' safety and well-being by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
