Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
Central Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a successful and growing company in the Texarkana Texas area, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both residential and commercial clients. This job requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase efficiency and prevent breakdowns
-Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems and recommend solutions
-Repair or replace worn or damaged parts
-Install new HVAC systems or components
-Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
-Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Technical training or certification in HVAC systems
-Knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Positive attitude and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
