Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the tray line, ensuring all trays are properly assembled and delivered to residents in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing simple dishes.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
• Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests for residents, ensuring accurate meal delivery.
• Assist with stocking supplies and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain efficient operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safe and hygienic food handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
