Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $3,400 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 4 months
We are a well-established HVAC company, Patrick Heating and Air Inc, seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team based in Amarillo, Texas. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Troubleshooting malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Identifying and correcting defects in HVAC components
- Installing new air conditioning and heating systems
- Performing regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out on HVAC systems
- Communicating effectively with customers in resolving any HVAC system issues
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in HVAC systems installation, repair, and maintenance
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to work overtime and weekends when required
- EPA certification
