Job Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician at JD'S A/C LLC, you will work with a team of professionals to provide top-quality service to our customers. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various HVAC systems in homes and businesses throughout the Longview, Texas area. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service and solutions to their HVAC problems.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Communicate with customers about service needs and potential solutions
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, diagnoses, and repairs
- Keep up to date with new technology and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in HVAC or related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver's license
- Available to work on-call hours as needed
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
