Fastenal Company is currently seeking candidates for our co-op partnership program with Saint Mary's University, which offers a part-time work opportunity with duties and responsibilities that will vary and increase as the student demonstrates their capabilities. These positions will involve exposure to varying aspects of our business, beginning with Distribution Center Operations. They will then lead into opportunities in Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, Marketing, Product Development, Sales or Supply Chain. These Training and Development opportunities will be afforded to those selected who can commit to working part-time at Fastenal during college at the corporate offices located in Winona, MN. During this time, the student will work in multiple departments and will be given the chance to work in their major field of study during the latter portion of the co-op experience. OVERVIEW: Working as Part-Time Cooperative Intern, you will gain valuable work experience by transitioning through multiple departments within Fastenal's Distribution Center and Corporate Office. Each rotation lasts nine months at which time you will gain valuable insight to Fastenal's inner-workings, logistics, and processes. At the latter portion of the internship, Fastenal strategically places you in an environment in which you could see yourself full time after graduation.
