LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse (PM and NOC Shifts) $38-$42/hr

Stanford Court Skilled Nursing & Rehab Center is currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to our residents under the supervision of our Registered Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record vital signs, blood glucose levels, and other health indicators
• Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Document residents' progress and ensure accurate and timely recording of medical records
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LVN in a healthcare setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Excellent observational and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
