Contract overview

This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Market price: $4,600 USDEst.

Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months


We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Gleason Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers
- Measure and cut ductwork and wiring as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure proper functionality
- Discuss installation and repair options with customers
- Keep accurate records of all work completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
