Position: Admission Director

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Admission Director to join our team. As the Admission Director, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient admission process for our patients, while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the entire admission process, from initial contact with potential patients to the completion of necessary paperwork.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to assess the needs of potential patients and ensure their requirements can be met.
• Coordinating with insurance providers to verify coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for admission.
• Guiding patients and their families through the admission process, providing information and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Keeping accurate records of all admissions and related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Participating in meetings and trainings to stay updated on changes in regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Previous experience in healthcare admissions or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
