Contract overview

The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Base compensation starting at: $16.25 - $22.50/hour based on experience. Additional shift differentials added if working 2nd shift, 3rd shift, or weekends.

Certified nursing assistants have a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! Responsible for ADLs for residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, or Rehabilitation.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. Certified Nursing Assistants are the backbone of our neighborhoods and indispensable for patient care. We are looking for the highest quality professionals who enjoy close working relationships with co-workers and the residents in their care, also treat all residents fairly and with kindness, dignity, and respect. First, second, and third shift opportunities available. Preference is given to those who can work second shift.
