Hearthstone is currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Round Rock, Texas. We offer a great opportunity to join a progressive therapy team, where we emphasize quality patient/clinical care in a welcoming, respectful, and cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention.
• Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and other team members.
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
