Lead Maintenance Technician at Beaumont At Bryn Mawr

Beaumont At Bryn Mawr is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility and equipment. You will also supervise a team of maintenance technicians and ensure that all work is conducted efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including the buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide support and guidance as needed
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any areas that require maintenance or repairs
• Schedule and prioritize repair work to minimize downtime and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance management software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
