Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
True North Heating, Cooling & Electric is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Newark, Ohio. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing system malfunctions and performing repairs accordingly
- Installing new HVAC systems
- Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in technology and industry standards
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and local codes
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HVAC Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and repair procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electrical systems and controls preferred
- EPA certification required
