At New Horizons Limestone, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate GA - LTC CNA to join our team at New Horizons Lanier Park/Limestone in the day shift.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, while ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents
- Document care provided and report any concerns to the supervising nurse
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
