Job Description: HVAC Service Technician

You'll be working in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and will be responsible for repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our valued clients.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing your expertise to help keep our clients' homes and businesses comfortable and energy-efficient. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, conducting routine maintenance to ensure their long-term functionality, and installing new systems as needed.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, be adept at problem-solving, and be able to communicate effectively with clients. You'll need to be comfortable working independently, but also be able to collaborate with our team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
