We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Activity Staff.

As an Activity Staff member, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our residents' overall well-being and quality of life. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and coordinate a range of activities and events that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, physical fitness, and overall happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a diverse calendar of events and activities to cater to the interests and abilities of our residents.
- Engage residents in interactive discussions, games, crafts, and outings to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
- Lead group exercises and encourage resident participation in physical fitness activities to promote their overall health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team and families to identify and address individual resident needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities and residents' participation for record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure the safety and security of all participants during activities and events.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in a senior living or healthcare setting, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with residents, families, and team members.
- Enthusiasm and creativity to develop and execute engaging activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
