Resident Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Aide to join our team at MEDILODGE OF MARSHALL. As a Resident Aide, you will play a key role in providing essential care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance
- Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
- Monitoring resident's health and well-being, and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting with housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Upholding our commitment to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting preferred
- Compassion and empathy for the elderly and individuals with disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to uphold our standards of professionalism, respect, and empathy for our residents
