Job Description:

Evergreen Health And Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join our dedicated and compassionate team. As a Certified Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

- Administering medication under the supervision of licensed nurses.

- Assisting with mobility and transferring residents to and from beds, wheelchairs, and other surfaces.

- Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of resident rooms and common areas.

- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.

- Reporting any observed changes in residents' physical or mental conditions to the nursing staff.

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the overall well-being of residents.

Qualifications:

- Must have a valid certification as a Nurse Assistant.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with residents.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
