HVAC Service Technician

Shideler Electric Heating is seeking a driven and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers. Our ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the ability to diagnose and repair complex HVAC problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Perform maintenance and repairs on various HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers
-Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC problems
-Install and commission new HVAC systems and equipment
-Complete service reports and maintain documentation accurately
-Participate in after-hours emergency repairs as needed
-Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements:
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-Associate's degree or equivalent in HVAC, or related field
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC maintenance and repair
-Strong technical and problem-solving skills
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
