Job Description: HVAC Installer
National Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. At NBL Air Conditioning and Heating, we are dedicated to delivering energy-efficient products that provide ultimate comfort to our customers. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems for both residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems following company standards and procedures
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding installation process and timelines
- Uphold safety standards when installing and maintaining HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment as needed
- Keep inventory of equipment and tools in company vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and submit necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Attend regular training sessions to stay current on industry developments and advancements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
