Bachelor's degree in preferred. Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience delivering respiratory therapy/care Certification(s): Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 90 days of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire if working in Medical/Surgical and/or Emergency Department Achievement and maintenance of a National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) credentialed as a Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist (RRT-NPS) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist (RPFT) if working in an Ambulatory setting preferred.
