Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to identify HVAC system issues and determine necessary repairs
- Repair or replace faulty or worn HVAC system components, including compressors, motors, and coils
- Effectively communicate with clients to explain the necessary repairs and maintenance required, and provide expert recommendations to improve the performance and lifespan of their HVAC systems
- Complete thorough and accurate documentation of services provided and parts used
- Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training and education opportunities

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Deep understanding of HVAC systems and equipment, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC industry safety standards and practices
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
