As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. You will work closely with customers to ensure that their systems are functioning properly and efficiently. We are seeking a candidate with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal efficiency
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system issues and recommended solutions
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work performed
- Attend ongoing training to stay up to date on new technology and industry practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal certification
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or on a team
- Flexible schedule, including after-hours and weekends as needed
