Contract overview
This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $6,500 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 5 months

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to install HVAC systems and equipment in residential and commercial properties.
As an HVAC Installer with Quality Heating, you will be responsible for installing and servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment and systems including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners, and ductless mini-splits. You will work as part of a team to ensure that all installations are completed efficiently and safely. You will also identify and diagnose problems with existing systems and recommend solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment and systems according to manufacturer's instructions and local codes
- Identify and diagnose problems with existing systems and recommend solutions to clients
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner regarding the installation process and answering any customer questions
- Maintain a clean worksite and ensure that the work area is left clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and follow company guidelines and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
- Ability to diagnose problems with HVAC systems and recommend solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
