Job Description: HVAC Installer at Northern Comfort System Specialists
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team at Northern Comfort System Specialists. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for both commercial and residential clients.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and provide recommendations for the best possible HVAC solutions. You will also be responsible for the installation of HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
• Properly install heating, ventilation, and cooling systems in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Work with clients to assess their needs and make recommendations for HVAC solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing HVAC systems.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Keep accurate records of all work completed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience as an HVAC installer.
• Knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
