Job Description: HVAC Service Technician
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at Terry's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation. As a leading provider of plumbing and HVAC services, we are committed to providing excellent service to our clients, and that is what we expect from our technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical problems
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain detailed records of all HVAC services performed
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC certification or 2+ years of experience in HVAC service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, when necessary
- Physically able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Experience with plumbing and electrical systems is a plus
