Role Overview:
As an HVAC Installer at Just Right Heating and Cooling, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. You will work alongside a team of experienced technicians to deliver the highest quality of service to our valued customers. Your work will help ensure customers are comfortable and safe in their homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, and furnaces
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues
- Follow safety procedures and company policies when using tools and equipment
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work performed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or relevant certification preferred
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer or related field
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
