Rennes Health & Rehab Center is accepting applications for a General Maintenance opening. You will be responsible for various tasks with maintenance such as maintaining the facility grounds, as well as performing routine maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work. If you enjoy being around people and are a self-starter, then this is the position for you!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and a valid driver's license required.
- Customer service skills.
- Must be able to reach, push, and pull 150 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Professionalism, accuracy, dependability, and confidentiality are essential.
- Position requires close attention to detail, good organization skills, some independent decision-making and work planning.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
