Receptionist (Full-Time)

Job Description:

Stonespring Of Vandalia is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors, residents, families, and staff in a warm and friendly manner

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

- Provide information and assistance to callers, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times

- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

- Coordinate appointments and schedules for residents, families, and staff

- Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing meetings and conferences

- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is preferred

- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
