We are currently looking to hire an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in West Bend Wisconsin. As an HVAC Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' systems are installed properly and meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, for both residential and commercial clients
- Ensure installations are completed according to industry regulations and quality standards
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and sales staff, to ensure coordinated and efficient operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers are satisfied with the end result
- Maintain accurate records of installations and warranties
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical and refrigeration systems
- Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with clients in a professional and polite manner
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
