Job Description - HVAC Installer
At Tom Rechtin Heating & Air Conditioning Company, Inc., we are dedicated to providing top-notch HVAC service with 25+ years of experience. We are in search of a skilled and motivated HVAC Installer to join our team.
As our HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with customers to ensure that all installations are done to their satisfaction. We are looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and can provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install and repair HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner while following manufacturer guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with customers
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and make recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate records and report any issues with equipment or installation processes
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
- HVAC certification or relevant trade school training is preferred
