- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
- Evaluate and troubleshoot equipment to determine the cause of malfunction
- Test electrical circuits and components for proper function
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations to minimize accidents and injuries
- Attend ongoing training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
