Admissions Director

At Roosevelt Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center, we are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Admissions Director. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

As the Admissions Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process. This includes:

- Coordinating with hospital case managers, social workers, and physicians to streamline the admissions process

- Conducting thorough assessments of prospective residents to determine their eligibility for admission

- Collaborating with our nursing and therapy teams to develop personalized care plans for each resident

- Managing and maintaining accurate resident records

- Providing excellent customer service to prospective residents and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to admissions

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare admissions role

- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical record systems
