Operational Risk Consultant

Description: • Strong risk management skills – understanding of risks, issues, root cause, remediation, controls, etc. • Strong understanding and experience in the following: o Processes, products and services and where they manifest risk in a large financial institution o Data, data flows, data lineage o Knowledge of data defect remediation o Control evaluation • Knowledge of the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and guidelines at WF is a plus • Ability to inquire, question and verify • Problem solving skills and an analytical mindset • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to articulate & write issues, risks, and proposed solutions and communicate to various levels of staff and management • Highly motivated and self-starting Skills: Risk management, RCSA, controls, review, data lineage, Operational risk, Risk analysis, Compliance, Process mapping, Risk assessment/compliance Top Skills Details: Risk management,RCSA,controls,review,data lineage Additional Skills & Qualifications: previous Wells Fargo is great RCSA Experience Level: Expert Level o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
