IT Support Specialist

Description: TEKsystems is partnering with an Elkhorn based client in the search for an IT Support Specialist to join their team. This person will work onsite in Elkhorn to support and manage hardware and software across the organization in a level 1 & level 2 capacity. Duties & Responsibilities: Troubleshoot level 1 & level 2 issues, including hardware, software, and LAN issues Install software, PC's, printers, and peripherals Perform preventative maintenance toward the ongoing support of the desktop environment Utilize a ticketing system to document issue and issue resolution Role Requirements: Associate's degree or technical diploma in the Information Technology field - Required Minimum 1 year of experience supporting a Microsoft based environment, including the support of Office 365 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong customer support experience Ability to work fully onsite in Elkhorn, WI Benefits: Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
