Join our community...Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking a Memory Support Unit Coordinator for our Personal Care department. The successful candidate will possess a valid PA LPN or RN license; at least 5 years of related nursing experience; experience in a leadership role.

The Memory Support Unit Coordinator coordinates nursing and social services on behalf of older adult Residents with cognitive impairment, and provides effective leadership, oversight, planning, and administration for the Memory Support unit. The Memory Support Unit Coordinator reports to the Personal Care Administrator; serves as a member of the Personal Care leadership team; works collaboratively with RN's; provides effective training, guidance, leadership, and supervision to LPN's and Personal Care Aides. The Coordinator promotes the highest standards of care, as well as positive and supportive relationships with Residents to enhance their physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being.

Work Schedule: Full-time, benefits-eligible, 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, day shift, plus occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
