Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assisting with mobility and positioning
- Assisting with meals and feeding as necessary
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure comprehensive care for all residents
- Adhering to all facility policies and procedures and maintaining resident confidentiality

Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in the state of California
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality care
