Team Bobs Heating, Cooling, Plumbing understands the importance of having a reliable and efficient heating and cooling system in every home, and that's why we continue to offer top-notch installation, repair, and maintenance services to our customers.
We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team at Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. As an HVAC Service Technician at Taylor Home Comfort, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with industry standards and local codes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps.
- Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to improve energy efficiency and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC systems to restore proper performance and comfort.
- Educating customers on proper use and maintenance of their HVAC systems.
- Communicating with customers regarding the status and progress of service requests.
- Maintaining accurate records of all service performed and inventory used.
- Maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle, inventory, and work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
