Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions
- Monitor patients and accurately chart medical records
- Report patient condition to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors
- Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program
- Valid LPN license in PA
