Job Description: HVAC Service Technician at Frueh
At Frueh, we are seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Union, Missouri. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our residential and commercial clients. Along with ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service, you will also play an integral role in helping to develop and maintain positive client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC problems in residential and commercial settings
- Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems as needed
- Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including electrical meters, gauges, and hand tools
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues and repairs
- Keep accurate records of all service visits, including parts used and labor performed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC program or equivalent work experience
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
